My Blue "Lobster" Crayfish

I feed mine shrimp pellets, bloodworms, flakes, and if I have a fish die he will get it if its small enough. Nice looking blue pinchy!

Think its a her rather than a him! Think males have red on their claws!
I have it on a 30 gallon tank with guppies, lots of them I have seen it eat one or two once in a while but mostly leaves them alone has its been there for about 6 months and I haven't noticed many missing guppies lol

Wow nice Cray!! I have a blue male and a brown female in my 30 gallon... Hope that they mate! If you look under it you can tell if its male or female..

Saw it on sale one day and thought why not stick one in the guppie tank and see what happens. And I am amazed how fast it has grown in the last 6 months! more than doubled in size, its an amazing specimen, I was told it grows to about 25cm, is that true? I wanted to get one more but afraid the tank is not large enough for two!
Mine is about 15cm now, and keeps trying to escape from the tank LOL good thing its not an open tank otherwise I would have to chase it around that house like I had to with my crab in the other planted tank! LOL
