Thanks, my friend told me they were a trash fish...i don't think so

Hahahaha. Yeah. I heard this from a family member about burbot. Then a friend of mine invited us over for a dinner of burbot that he had caught that day, and that fish was some of the best eatin' fish I've ever had.
