Poops fine, parameters are excellent. though nitrates are a little high, but nothing at all to even worry about. I think he's just bein a baby and I think the mirror kinda messes him up. So, the mirror is out and I am doin a water change (I do them weekly). My temp is 82F...too high. Its been that way for a long time.

Yep, he just sounds bored or lonely. Have you tried a mirror to keep his attention. He's probably just sulking since you moved everything around.
