My brand new baby oscar!

No, they only get cuter. And don't collect rocks near roads, near pesticides or of unknown composition! Aged river rocks are usually safe. Head for the hills!

After one day he already swims to the top of the tank for food. He doesn't want his cichlid pellets though, so I trick him, and act like I'm dropping something in, and he eats his pellets haha.

Actually, my brain jumps to the beastly conclusion, too. I've seen more truly giant O's with patterning like yours than any other variety, except maybe snow O's.

Good job tricking him!

Nice little tigerO. Are you planning on breeding those feeders for the oscar? If you are then i wouldnt. It would be better to just feed him a good pellet food.

Feeders for my Oscar yes. I'm going to have a dovii soon as well, so for both of them. There really isn't anything wrong with feeding a Oscar feeders every once in a while. By all means it won't be a daily occurrence maybe once or twice a week.
