My captive bred Altum's

If all goes as planned, Kraig will be picking up the TR Altums on March 22nd. That being said, I too wonder about the genetics of these fish. They don't look like wild Orinoco altums. There is a very interesting discussion about them on the Angelfish Study Group website.
 
Well,, I wasn't juacking your post. I was responding to the previous 6 or so posts. Maybe you should read them.

this is actually informative because i feel I purchased "true" wild altums due to mines having their bars connect along the whole body without splitting:))
