I suggest getting frozen market prawns and tilapia filets from the market and feeding him those. They cannot digest chicken and it is bad for them. I suggest not using feeders either. These fish grow extremely large and it is cheaper and more healthy to just feed shrimp/prawns and tilapia. Make sure to stuff hikari pellets inside the filets and shrimp/prawns so he gets all his vitamins, protein, and nutrients.

thanx for the tips bro..prawns arnt very economical in my country..freakin expensiv .. i always fed chiken to my oscars ..i wont further..will keep feeding fish ..

Yup NP mate. Ah, good. Fish is the best thing to feed to fish hehe.

hi guys.. i hv 2 tiger oscars(pair) n i put them 2gthr with my red tail "brat" fish hehe ..and the oscars r fighting with him =( he doesnt fight bk though.. ny advices?
