My catch of the Day

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
No problem and the biggest I ever wieghed was a 6.3 but I have a picture of one that has to be in the 7's and for NJ those are big bass

In florida, 5 pounds is your common catch.
7 pounds if your lucky, and 9 if your very lucky. But this sebil swimbait is really good were I fish, caught 6 2-5 pound bass, I even caught the same one twice! Where I would usually catch 2 or 3 off live bluegill.

I feel good that my info was helpful for you. Bass fishing, sa&ca cichlids, and music is all I'm really into.

If you go by Glades, Okochobee there are monster bass. However your bass is a big bass.

you realize that they would have made you a replica of the fish instead of you killin it for absolutely no reason.

Yes, I just figured that out. I feel bad for killing it now but I had no idea you can get replicas, I know nothing about taxidermy. First time I've ever got a fish mounted.

wow no need for that comment. but anways nice catch skin mounts look better then replicas anyways. Plus its not always a bad thing to take out a large fish from this system, this alows other fish to become bigger ecpecially it being a pond. As far as replicas go I dont like them there is only one company that ive seen on the internet that looks good. If I wear ever to buy a replica I would buy one online then take it to a local taxidermist for a real paint job.
