IDK but in combination with the cloudy eye, it'd make me wary.
+1. It’s a bit too red and looks like beginning of septicemia perhaps. Cloudy eye as well. Mix is not normal. Water good? Stress from other fish?

7-8 other striped Raphael and 4 redhead tapajo. There is a breeding pair of Tapajo in the 4. This one did have some red hue when I brought it in several months ago.

I think the eye really is quite cloudy.. Check the water conditions again and make sure that they aren't feeling stressed.
