my catfish stopped growing and now seems to be growing again

i caught 3 baby yellow bullheads (about 1 1/2in) on thanksgiving 07 and put 2 of them in my pond. i kept one inside for about a month, till i realized it wasnt growing, so i got the other two out of the pond, and realized they hadnt grown either

i so i put all three in and after i got my baby bass and tilapia, (in a 10gal) i put one of the catfish in, and about 2weeks later, (now) he looks alot bigger

could it be cuz of the other fish that he is now growing???

i just saw an adult bullhead (about 1ft long) in a ditch, wishing that was mine lol, tho if he had been growing from the start, he may only be about 4in or maybe 5in
