a little update pinima have grown about 1/2" each and I actually lost 2 of the kels to a heater malfunction but the one remaining kel has grown quite a bit in such a short time about a full inch and I thought kels were slow growers starting to nip at hikari floating sticks as well and eating massivore stuffed shrimp these pinima are starting to become some of my favorite cichla now just need some xingu and brokos along with a bigger tank lol I also need to invest in a good camera soon

thanks koji I just need a good camera to take pics like yours and then the true beauty of these fish will be evident here's the weekly update the kel is pounding hikari floating sticks and one of the pinima is starting to as well haven't grown much in length but deffinately bulking up will pust pics of the group in the large tank later tonight both tanks are a bit dirty right now so I'm doing a water changes in a bit
