Looks good! I would say it's RTM x something, of course there's no way to figure it out without seeing the parents.

:iagree: but what ever the parents are it is a nice look Parachromis.

Thanks once again @Aquamojo. Ive seen your videos of your RTM's and they are some NICE fish, is mine an RTM though? or are there even different types of Motaguense's (Im still a little new to the hobby)? But I'm happy with my fish. I wanted a parachromis that wasnt a managuense, and seeing how hes a motaguense just makes him that much better. Im also glad he's not a hybrid lol. I know how people hate hybrids

Oh ya, Just a little quick story about my fish.... Well me and my bro got into the hobby about 2 years ago, we first purchased an oscar in a ten gallon tank and quickly found out that we were now stuck with a huge problem. But it turned out to be great cuz it got us into the hobby. Well over the past two years my brother has been trading cichlids and always had a bunch of nice ones in his 125 gallon tank. I was in college playing football in Iowa, and I decided to go ahead and get my first cichlid which was this guy. He was about an inch when I got him in August and thats the first pic. Well in May I graduated and had to drive back to California from Iowa, and I had noo clue of what I was going to do with my lil fishy. I had gotten too attached to him so I decided to bring him home, so he travaled with me in a plastic paint bucket on a 2000 mil trip. I did water changes about every 3rd gas stop, and he made it with out a scratch. And now he is sharing a 125 with the original oscar, and a freddy cichlid who he tries to beat up on. But yeah, thats a lil background on him haha. Ill be getting my own 125-150 for him once I get employed in this economy mess lol

Nice looking parachromis. When I was going through the progression, I was thinking Loiselli. The last pic looks motaguense to me. Love the pattern on your fish.

Thanks!!! I would love to see a pic of this "regular morph" motaguense that I heard about... anyone have one of these?? Supposedly, Mr. Rapps had some a few months back??

I also just heard about an "Old Form Mota"... i was wondering if anyone had one of these as well??? I think im getting closer to the tru ID of my fish haha!
