The one in the flowerpot is most certainly a female. I'd suggest getting a closer shot if capable. It does look like there's 3 in there. That could be why they didn't spawn as of yet, the female has yet to decide on a male. Plus, I have found from personal experience, that if you have more then 1 cave/flowerpot in the tank, that the female takes her time to decide which one she lays her eggs in.
