My arowana are so crazy and fun. They love to splash me when I feed and they pretty much strictly eat from my hand because my pbass will eat before they do...so I have to "target feed them" lol
Just wanted to share with you some small bits of their personalities. This small recent video of my arows and pbass got my arm, camera and floor soaked....They get so jealous of the pbass lol. Notice the inlet tubing housing for the filter WAS attached to the back of the tank.....lol

By the way, your water quality is pristine.....How big is your tank and what kind of filtration do you have......and not even one piece of poo but plenty of healthy looking fish.....pix would be awesome too :D (filtration)

I will try and get some pics of the filtration. It is a 240 gallon 8' aquarium. I use 2 Rena Filstar xP4 filters and a 40gallon wet/dry mostly for biological filtration. The poo and particles will appear mostly at feeding times but the filters clean it out really well in a couple hours and nothing but water bubbles remain. I have one filter on each end of the tank, with the outflows facing downwards to help push the poo and particles into the filters. Works very well even with these large, messy fish. I really make an effort to keep their water clean, and I surely appreciate the compliment from you.

very cool....

do you feed raw MkP?
Yes I feed just regular large or jumbo market shrimp/prawns. Their diet consists of Hikiri pellets, market shrimp, and tilapia fillets. I usually buy the bags of frozen shrimp that is deveined and partially peeled, and I peel it off the rest of the way during feeding. The exoskeleton of the shrimp will pass through the system undigested and can clog the filters and become an eyesore.

Jeremy! Congrats on the beautifull fish, tank and system!!:)
