Thanks for all the compliments everybody- its very encouraging-
I have a question also- recently the larger indo started getting noticably more aggressive to the other tigers, particularly the other indo- is this common? do I need more dats to spread the hostility? I never heard dats to be like that-

and Geoey- I didnt think Australia let any foreign fish in- but if I was you Id ask an Australian

the alpha establishing order in your tank. totally normal.

u can add more tigers to spread aggression a little.

My tigers are always semi aggressive. no damage to any fish though.

My Man.... Nice clean set up. I realy like the Spray Bars;)
Ive been wanting to do something like that for a while but to lazy to take off the heavy arse canopy... so i just stuck an airline into the out take of the Fluval to give a good amount of aeration:D

Just checked out the pics again and this is my favorite... Its simple, with a little touch of home (as far as fish home...rocks, wood, plants etc...)

Nice:D

Right, there hasnt been any damage, but its obvious the littler ones arent completly thrilled getting rammed either- youre exactly right, it looks like theyre getting the hierarchy established

Thanks I liked the spraybars too- but now Im going to give your airline in the return deal a shot- I had to take the spraybars down because the canopy was getting so wet it was seeping through to the outside of it- and since my overflow is built into the tank, my water level is pretty much set- so I cant really lower it (not easily anyway)- if it was acrylic I could slot the overflow to drop the water level, but...its not

Yo Gino! I got the gar at about 5" or 6" he still hadnt begun to start spotting yet, but only would take feeders which I only give monthlyish- I was about to sell him after 2 months of that and all of the sudden he started eating the smelt and shrimp- its been less than 2 months of eating and hes a foot long- he even acts as a catfish(or GARbage can) nothing is left- hes badass
Thats the black from Rich- hes 15" and almost a year old- hes obviously come around with the eating thing too!
