Some concerns I have:
The non-treated wood you have in contact with the dirt is going to get eaten by bugs and rot away in a short time. I would use some screws in the frame. What is your plan for keeping the sides from bowing out?

We are going to put pressure treated wood under the the non-treated wood. After building the frame we are going to panel the walls with 2x6 pieces on the inside and out.
