Get well soon and hope you have a good recovery =]

Hope your dad gets better on the quick!

I had to watch my dad be loused up after he had emergency spinal surgery (car wrecks: or why old ladies shouldn't drive). He was pretty bad for a week after, but was back to his old self in no time... at least he'll have awesome tanks to keep him company in recovery!

Because that's what he'll be after a few weeks, realllllyyyy bored. After my eye surgery (they took it out and operated, how lame!) I was bedded up for a few weeks, and it was no good.

Stick with it on the depression, when I was younger they had me on everything from efexor to to cytalopram (they tried all of the bigguns: SSRI's, MAOI's, Tricyclics, and a few others) until finally I tried doing it my own way. I am med free for 2 years and will never take another anti-depressant... I still get fits of dysthymia but I know how it is an ongoing battle.

Boggy, depression is extremely common. It runs in my family. About half of my family have it.
