Haha no. They got a different 1 that they were selling for 100 but cuz of the eye I got it for 70! The eye seems better though. Hard to tell cuz there's no light on the tank but it's acting perfectly normal and already eating dead

I figured I'd update since im already on here. The original HLG died unfortunately. Looks like it got bit by 1 of the bichirs during a feeding and it got infected. ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1424206731.377126.jpg right on top behind the dorsal fin

Also An updated pic of the new LLG I got. Came in extremely thin but as you can tell from the pic, it's gotten a lot fatter in the week I've had it.

I knew that the LLG would be fine bro lol. looking healthy now
 
You have probably told me, but what temperature do you keep everything at? Normal 75-80℉? Do you keep the HLG's any lower in ℉ if they are housed separately? I have just about got ALL of my fish in a species only type aquarium. It's just too difficult for me to see some fish get beat up and get the raw end of the deal from another fish ,from another continent sometimes. Something that they normally would never come across in the wild. I will probably try the predatory community tank in the near future when our house is done. At least that way ,I'll have thousands of gallons to help keep them separate, instead of just 10's or 100's.
