My daughters Rainbow cichlids / Herotilapia multispinosa

yes the eggs/fry were ok on the filter.. i just lowered the power on it... they just got eaten by the pair after a week or so.
i sold the pair because im moving and need to get rid of some tanks...
then when i was about to empty the tank 2 days later i saw this:

Was that their first spawn that you know of? Mine breed for me once then I removed all the tankmates and they won't breed anymore! I've tried new tankmates and everything and I know for sure that I have a male and a female. Weird fish..
no this was spawn #3-4..
my daughter hasnt thought about them since i removed them from her room a few months ago
the rainbows werent comfortable in that head board so i moved them to a bigger tank and got her 2 goldfish instead
