yea i feed it ALOT! b/c i loved it =D but he had too leave me its all da blacks fault =(
 
I thought someone told me a few days ago that they filter feed.
 
yea they filter feed and they eat worms O_O
 
either way, 3 inches in a week and 4 days seems...impossible...
 
They cant stand up to the other aros,they are very peaceful.I feel bad for the one that died and I feel sorry for your next one.

Half pound blackworms daily is not ALOT :grinno: Half pound blackworms is IMPOSSIBLE for a 4-5 inches aro to eat daily! :screwy:

LOL i was wondering about that, how does a fish eat twice its own body weight in one go. I really dont think your aro grew 3 inches in less than 2 weeks. It usually takes 2-3 months to grow that much.

Not even a silver can grow at that rate! At first, I hope he meant half a portion of blackworms, which is also a lot for a 4 inches African aro to consume daily. He has no clue on how much and how expensive half a pound of blackworms :grinno: :grinno: :grinno:
 
its true tho, it did grow 2 inch it looks much bigger in da picture when it died then when i 1st left him in da 160
