No doubt i have wild caught occels arriving here tomorrow to go with my wild caught orinos i got them for 15$ each and i thought that was a good price but geez now i almost feel bad. Testing huh I guess the climate there does warrant some need for watching what species enter as they can all become invasive ,or worse spread disease so it sorta makes sense . Maybe they should sell a permit to keep and acquire them or something

Ouch, I feel your pain. I got 10 shipped up to Cairns, 9 DOA. Second batch came through better with only 1 DOA. Expensive little exercise. Mine have got to about 5" now, sold 4 to the boss for his pond. Good luck with the hunt in Sydney.
