Or just a big appetite! I did my WC today and they both were very calm and my Rutilus let me lift him to the surface (yes my hand was less than an inch away from his mouth) just wanted to look at his whiskers and body. He seems to be filling out rather well. This is the first time they have been showing any aggression. It could also be because I keep them well fed. At any rate. No more tank mates for them. They are approaching a time where they will be able to take down anything I have but my alligator gar and adult oscar.

generally I agree with you but if hungry they are capable of killing anything they want to if another cat tries to push a goonch aout of their spot they deffinately get the horns my nemurus found this out the hard way and has almost all of its dorsal missing my yarreli is beefing up more than ever right now so I'll post up some new pics of the little fatty
