With a fairly large batch of free swimmers, I continued to wait for the other shoe to drop.... and thankfully, it never did. Mom did an excellent job of steering the fry around, and they developed rather quickly.

At the two month mark, I had little mini dicrossus. Mom was removed, and I started for conditioning the pair for attempt #2.
