ok so heres your update,
im sure the pump clogged a while ago.
rain fills it up,
and i push in the sides to do a water change once in a while.
i put fish i dont want in it,bunch of tilop and mayans.
not one fish has died "somehow" lol
mainly its for growing aquatic plants as you see.
guess its a good thing its not in your yard
never seen a pond with algae?lol
i feed them and they get water changes,what more do ya want?
Hhmmn at least you know it's healthy! (and you don't have acid rain!)
You must have been getting 100% W/C's last week!
Unclog the filter (plan a weekend outing) and put an over flow hole at the top with a short piece of tubing coming out, now when you see it flowing out of the tube you know it's getting close to the time to think about checking to see if it needs to be cleaned.
Overflows are a wonderful thing.

yeah but if you dont want the fish you net or whatever, just release them back into the wild instead of making them live in the fish projects

and i meant to do this just to show people what would happen if left unattended for a long period.
but thats not right
invasive fish they want you to kill so im helping out
and i freeking hate mayans,there taking over fl.
sooooo everyone go kill a mayan,a mayan "will make song later"
ive netted hundreds of them and there swimming in schools here now.
not a good thing when a mean fish like that forms a gang.lol
anyways,point is im helping keep down the invasives by taking them and doing something with them.
