Base on top of assembly supports

Sides on assembly supports

Clean

Position

Clamp

Silicone

Push into place

Sides done

Back

Front

Push

Clamp

Wait 24hrs

Remove assembly supports and replace with styrofoam

Razor off excess outside

Razor off excess inside

Done

Clean with acetone and ethanol and apply new interior seal

Wait 72hrs for test fill

MFK pic hosting seems to have issues; this is not the first time this has happened. I went back and changed the pic from attachments to links. Hopefully that fixes it. I can't edit the first post - are the pics showing up for that one?
