my diy fish trap....

not sure what thread out of the two to post so here it is.lol
i checked all my traps,nothing in any of them.
so i re baited them with bread and ham.
about 5 minutes later i see something swimming in one of the bottle traps.
pull it up theres like 3 bullhead cats.
take them out,rebait,wait 5 min,check,more bullheads.
there also was the random bluegill,tilapia,mayan cichlid in the trap.
guess i just cant wait a week to check it.lol
also used my umbrella net and fished.
umbrella net i caught a bunch of bluegill,tilapia,mayan cichlids,yadayada
and a few fat bullheads "the big ones in the pics".
you can tell in the pics what ones i caught on a pole.
also caught alot scoop netting,bluegill,tilapia,mayan cichlid,hogchoker,shrimp,skeeter fish,the armored cats in the pics,and more i missed im sure.
just random pics,the little bulls with big bellies actually were caught in the 2L traps,thats why there so fat.
big entry holes get bigger fish
i also took 2 bullheads,2 armored cats,and the hogchoker to my parents pond.

And yer gonna have to save me some of those hog chokers. I had some a while back but couldn't get anymore. I had to go scuba diving for them during the winter, but I am not that crazy anymore.

here i guess i would say the hogchoker
never seen one before and never knew they were here.
more south i caught some rare cats,ugabugajuga kind "forgot name"
and then south again for the peacock bass "i have 3 i caught"

few more months it will be like my original went out netting thread
where i was catching dozens of everything right in the ditches
