Negative.. they are definitely Dovii but way to young to sex so they are guessing at them being a pair..

Well, I am a trusting person and taking the breeders word for it (seeing he is a good mate) So if he is wrong, there will be pain!

ok so my dovii were that same size and my male showed signs of fluorescent color and my female was yellow and black...are these different type of dovii? just curious

It depends on what generation the offspring are. My Dovii were very bland when young, my female got her awesome coloration at 6", but my male has still yet to get it at 5.5". Those Dovii with better genetics get their coloration much much faster then lower genetic Dovii's. Still Dovii's non the less just they take much longer to get their colors.
