After ALOT of cutting and drilling I finally turned my 215g salt! The present from my mom was a sump, protein skimmer, salt, sand, and an incredibly beautiful "google status" 5 1/2" Miniatus Grouper:drool: who is currently in my 75g. I have big plans for this tank and hope to eventually get one more grouper for it and 2 Catsharks or possibly 1 Epaulette Shark, but for right now, thank you mom:D

Sorry for the slightly cloudy water, the sand still hasnt settled from yesterday. I might try to get some pictures of the Miniatus later if he feels like showing himself

thats beast i loved always how the water is like that when you first start it up it looks like the real ocean sometimes i wish it would stay like that

thanks :D lovin your avatar too

I love that look to. Lets you know some major tank work was just done. It also has its own sort of unique beauty. Eager to see what happens.

Mixing/matching groupers dosent always work out, but maybe we can sneak two into this tank. We will work something out. :D

I was also thinking about that, if that doesnt work then I guess Ill just see what happens:D maybe a blue spot stingray

just saying, the cat sharks might be fine, but im no expert, ill let zoodiver and krj-somethingsomethingsomething help you out there, don't do a blue spot ray, they do terribly in captivity, and i think a cali round ray, cortez ray, etc would be a better choice

Blue spotteds are notoriously poor survivors in aquaria...get over to the shark section man and start talking to people! :D
