Ahh! The worst thing that could possibly happen is happening! So many people have said their ebjds die out of nowhere, and now mine is dieing too!

out of the three ebjds, 1 of them is hiding, not eating, and now, on the floor!!!!

Nothings wrong, temp and water parameters are fine, just a lil nitrate.
No diseases! whats wrong?!

PLease help.

it could be parasites, or uinobviuos diseases. the small amount of nitrate might have been ba enough who knows!?:screwy:

i had one that was very sensitive it was fine in a tank of cichlids then BAM! out of no where the fish just attack it so i quick got it out. and treated it. and got some funguus and died!

We just got 4 in at the store. I have never heard that they suffer from spontaneous deaths. Is it really that common?

you could but i would probably advise not to because that would put a lot of stress on the fish and make it even worse. just try to look at it really close! because taking it out of water can be very stressful especially to a sick fish

yeh, kinda figured that out after about 10 ppl told me how their ebjds died out of nowhere.

should i add salt? i just boughta 33 oz quart of api salt.

I cant look at it cuz its hiding behind rocks.

how much salt should i add? how much it says on the box? 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons?

I have a 55 gallon tank. These are one of those times I wish i was ready and had a backup sick tank
