Sorry for your loss, EBJDs are really weak fish (I think they lack a certain gene) we had 5 and have only 2 left, and seem to be very slow growers so I doubt I will see ours get past 5" right now they are at 3"

how much salt should i add? how much it says on the box? 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons?

I have a 55 gallon tank. These are one of those times I wish i was ready and had a backup sick tank

move him into a smaller/hosptial tank
do what the direction tells you what to do..
do like 10% w/c every 3 days and add another salt the amount water you took out! better start saving brotha

i lost one also, since then Ive invested in a UV sterilizer( oversized ) and i never miss a water change. havent had any fatalities with my other 2 since then.
