The door stays open most of the time and I don't use a heater in the water. You saw the rest of the room is Amazonian so I kinda need it about 85 with about 25 percent or more humodity to keep the snakes from getting res. infections. In the summer the window to the room is open all the time.

Cool you have a small zoo in your house, my wife will kill me if I do something like that she can barely handle my eight tanks. Your indoor pond is awe inspiring.
