do a 20% water change and add some aquarium salt and a heater to heat up the water.
Observe if there are any other symptoms after that.
I had the same problem before. Normally due to illness. But in this case might be pH imbalance.
keep temp at around 28-29 degrees centigrade. Feed some and see his reaction.
