wow I got so caught up in the beauty of the pond I didn't see that your dad was having health issues. I'm sorry to hear about that and I will pray that he gets better.

He did a perfect job building that pond.I have read and looked through 100's of pond magazines and have to say again he did a perfect job on this pond,stream.I ,also am fighting health issues and it's no fun.Fish watching is the best thing.

Dad asked me to correct what I wrote above. I was WAY off in what I guessed. The facts from THE MAN himself everyone! :grinno:

"Just some facts about my pond the upper pond is 23' by 25' 4' deep, lower 12' by 20' has rock in bottom of both total 27 tons all put by hand, it is 8 years old started on thanksgiving day 2001 raised all the koi from 2" lost many to the blue harrin, 6435 gal the water fall pumps 6000 gals per hour, stream 12' long, love you much"
 
Kickin pond setup....I really like the idea of having uppper and lower w/ a stream connecting them. Good job! Hope your dad gets better...wish him the best of luck!
 
WOW. I wish my dad was as into ponding and fish as much as your dad is. It would actually give us something in common to do. I hope your dad the best of luck and he's got a great son for sharing all of the pics to the community.

Great job...I will have one like that one day!

dang he dwarfed mine lol. those are some nice dimensions.
