Thanks for the compliments everyone.
He is around 5-5.5". Still got lots to improve. His head seems to be getting bigger slowly ever since I changed to Grand Sumo.

i have one pretty similar to this fish
but it is surely stunted as i had seen this fish for 5-6 months at the lfs and the fish is still 3.5"
and then i bought it as it had lost its tail and no one would buy it
what i wanted to know was what type of FH it is and what is its growth rate

If this link is the fish you were mentioning, It's a Jing Kang FH(Golden FH), and have 0% blood shared with the fish above.
He is around 5.5-6inches. If you are wondering about growth rate, as long as you feed them right with right water conditions, they will grow 1-3inches per month when they are small(1"-6") then they slow down in growth rate.
