Had this when my Jag was around 4". She tried to eat one of my Corys and I had to 'operate' on her and remove the Cory with a set of tweezers. Both are now fine and she's pushing 9" now.

Very sorry to hear. Not that it matters much now, but were you able to check inside its mouth to see if there was an obstruction?
Yeh i had a look but could see nothing, his jaw did look off centre and dislocated tho, there was no swelling around the face or lips.
i think either he lip locked with my bigger Severum and lost badly, although i have never seen them even interact with eachother.
or he hit the glass hard trying to get the pellets, because he was a greedy sod.
