My FH fins are rotting?

My ZZ fh has ich. and it is slowly recovering... but I noticed that it's fins are rotting!! The rotting is pretty bad that I can see the bone's at the tail...!!
My questions are:

Is this cause by ich? If not then what causes it?

Would the fins grow back?

Would my FH be ok?

What should I do to help my FH?

Ive had this happen to one of my fish. I wouldnt call it rotting. I think it happened due to stress and it heeled.

Pics would make a big difference here. But I wouldn't call it rotting yet. Most common looks of rot start off by your fish fins are getting eaten away by something.

Ummm ill post up the pics later on in the morning or afternoon depending on when I sleep. But for example my fh's tail lost parts of it's fin and it was showing the bones and then the bone broke off... but that also leads to another questions;
Would the tail grow back?
Could my pleco be the attacker?

could be fin rot.... has he got any tankmates, how strong is your filter?? sharp objects?

tank mates is only a pleco just a inch bigger then the FH and the filter i think is pretty strong cause i saw my FH swim by where the water drops in and it broke some of the bones of the tail off..
will the fins and the tail grow back still??? and the only sharp objects is the gravel...

Could you have overdosed with ick meds causing him to rot? Just an idea I thought of. It's hard to tell if the tail will grow back without pics.

hmm... now that I think about it when I did my water change one or two days ago and added the meds i did kinda accidently put alot. hmm i'll try to get the pics right now.
