Looks like you added to much meds. Do a water change and add some salt. You could get an antibacterial and fungal medication but use the right dosage, haha. But that's fin rot.

It's 1tsp for every 5 gallons. 1 tsp for every gallon would make it salt water. You don't want that, lol.
When you mix it up take some tank water and put it in a bucket, then slowley put it in the tank.
