Wow, sorry to hear this. Few years ago a lfs had a catfish and a silver that was at least 2.5' . The owner came in the morning and silver was half swallowed by the catfish.

On a positive note, after you get rid of the catfish, time for aro shopping.

Haha yeah. I heard I can get green arowanas for a decent price here. Not the greatest looking ones, but you gotta start somewhere

Sucks that Asian aros aren't legal in the states. Luckily for me there are quite a bit of suppliers here in Vancouver so I can get pretty good prices on them
