Where are you guys seeing bamboo in the tank?

And dont mean to derail hope its ok, but when you attach java ferns to drift wood do they grow their roots into the wood after a while? enough so you can cut the tie keeping it on??

i'm not sure if it grows INTO the wood, but yes, eventually you can cut the tie off. i've read it takes about 6 weeks after attaching it. I'm going to cut the tie on mine in about a week or two, and it's been in there for about 5 weeks

Look on the fourth picture. On the left of the betta, there is a stem with striped leaves. That's the dracaena!!!!!
