Ok I hear you. My only issue is my Channas are in a tank in our bedroom as my large tank is downstairs, so I don’t think my wife will be happy with a pump and sponge going. Maybe I will just put a much smaller filter on the tank, I do have a spare but I assume this one with its flow districted should be ok for a while.
