put your lights on a timer, so it steamulatzes sun rise to mid morning to morning to afternoon to evening. my friends 300 gallon planted agnelfish/discus tank what he did was use antics for sunrise, then goes to 6,700k a few hours later, then after that 6,700k with 10000k then just 10000k then back to antics, then lights go off.
My first discus setup....I hope...
