That's the same as my build :).

I'm interested to see how you end up doing the doors.

And yeah, that's a little tall for a blood, but I'm sure it will appreciate the extra space. Give it some limbs to climb and see if it uses them...

I'm gonna build a frame and get a friend to bevel the the backside and silicone either use 1/4'' plexi or acrylic. Trying to find a good price on that. Then I'll be using a 4' hinge on the bottom.

I've been trying to decide on what hinge to use as well. I bought 4x 2" wide brass hinges, but I've been thinking about using a piano hinge that runs the entire length of the doors instead.

I guess it depends on how heavy the doors end up being...

will that same encloser work for my copperhead?

I think it could work as long as the required temp and humidity is kept.

Ok I got all inside panels coated with twice with Drylock and 1 coat of black on the outside. Also got the inside seams sealed with silicone. I would have liked to have a grey for that as well but I the white already here and as been used.

Looking good! What kind of cutouts are you going to do for the heat/light/vents?

Also, are you going to have a substrate damn at the front, or are you going barebottom with those tiles?

With venting I made a measurement error. On the back to panel there is a small gap the length of the enclosure. I'm looking at getting a RHP for heating. Once everything is completed I'll test to see how the temp and humidity does. Yes I'm going to put in a barrier at the front, if not the wife will flip. As for now ill use aspen until it's gone then go to Cyprus mulch mixed with some moss.
