Well, rebuilt my overflow with 1 1/4" PVC and damn does that stuff flow! I used an elbow on top to keep the intake under water, got it about 1" short so there is about 3/4" exposed below the tank trim and my spraybar is kind of moisy need to extend it down slightly. Now all I need to do is fit my last union and some barbs to hook up my small 9 watt UV. My Quietone 2200 is full blast and the overflow doesn't even blink. I will post more pictures tomorrow.
