My first FH

Hey guys, im new to the forum and this is my first flowerhorn, he is a king kamfa ghost rider and I picked him up on Dec 7th. He's in a 120g bare tank. I had an algae problem and I tried using algae fix by api and it almost killed him so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but he did get a lot better and started recovering couple days ago. Pictures are of him today, lmk what you guys think.

All fh's can have red eyes and the ones with red eyes are deemed fertile in the majority of the time.

well, ive seen mostly kamfas dont, like Classic Kamfas, but the ones tht have it are probably a cross breed.

I really did but he was worth it. And as for the "kama with red eyes", I'd anything about that but I heard red eyes mean they are fertile.

I dont believe in the red eyes green eyes theory .


For high quality looking fish as this one, it's hard to find a fertile one. GL
