Thanks, these are really easy fish to keep

They are beautiful! How old are they? and are Males usually brighter colored?

I only know I bought them with 2.5 inches 20 months ago and now the male is about 6 inches and the female is now half his size.

She still gives him a hard time but he has his revenge at feeding time, that explains why she´s so small, compared to him.

The male is brighter coloured but with darker body than the female, which is much paler.

That´s my Nikon D700 with a 50mm f/1.8 lens

Could be better with better light...

Well, the one I thought would be a female turned out to be another male, so the dominant one showed him why he´s called "Green Terror" and I had to look for a real female for him.

The female is about 8cm and i´m feeding them Hikari Excel, Hikari Gold, Krill, Sera Discus and New Era´s Cichlid Pellets American.
