what size jag did you get from jeff, i just got a 11" pair from him, they came in good condition, my male was scraped up a little, but female was perfect

Stunning species example!!! That is one wondrous monsterfish. Glad he survived UPS. (Before they started mandatory pee-testing, it's nickname amongst employees at least in Cali was United Pot Smokers. "Wow, man, I dropped another box.")

Body shape puts me in mind of my Paratilapia polleni--he's still a juvie, tho, at 4.5 inches--hoping he goes full size since I've had him since he was just an inch. Enjoy, and thanks for sharing the pix!!!!

Do you plan on breeding him? Won't it be hard to find a female tuff enough to handle being with a wild-caught male? Unless they happened to find you a wild-caught female? Just curious. . . D*** that's a gorgeous fish.
