my first planted tank!!!!.....epic fail...help me please!

my first planted tank failed on me. i bought $400 dollars worth of plants and they are starting to die on me! i can see them turing brown and some already died. i dont know whats happening! maybe cause of the temerature is to high? (i keep my tank at 85f cause of ichs). do i need some kind of like conditioner? please help me. im going nuts!. advice will be greatly aprreciated.

water prams? wpg? how long are the lights on? how big is your tank? and 85 is a lil high for most plants

ph is good, water pram is good. light are on for maybe 12-14 hours. any suggestions? tank is 210 gallons

wpg is watts per gallon.
add up the wattage of your bulbs then divide by gallons in the tank.

well do you know what type of lighting you have?
regular flourscent, metal halide, power compact/ compact flourscent, t5 floursecent?

how many bulbs do you have?

btw alot of bulbs have there wattage listed on them(glass).

i have compact lighting. 55 watts.
