My First Planted Tank

Here are some pics of my first planted tank. Its a 75 gallon aquarium. I just put plants in two days ago and came home today from work to find them pearling.

Yeah, I got a few really fast growing plants so that I can use their runners to fill in.
 
Yeah looks great!! Substrate's a nice colour, and is that a Crinium aquatica or onion plant behind the centre piece of drift wood? If so I'm getting one soon.
 
thats awesome what substrate you using. i used soil covered with sand and i have micro swords and water sprites in mine. so far

Sorry have haven't checked this in a while. The substrate is aquariumplants.com's own brand.
 
The banana's of a banana plant are not suppose to be covered. Your off of to a good start.

It's Cryptocoryne retrospiralis.
