This soooooooooooooo exciting MY FIRST EVER RAYS!!! 
I picked them up on Sunday from Thailand for approx. USD 130 for the pair (male and female pumps ^^ the LFS owner was explaining about sexing them and stuff). They are about 5.
The first pic is in the LFS. I asked them to feed these puppies to see whether they were eating (as advised on this forum). Diet is small shrimp (no head). It is sooooooooooooooo cool, when they sense food they sorta like start to ripple then they zoom in on the food soooooooo cute. I am ranting cos I am new to rays but that was exciting!!!
When I moved them to my tank after climatizing, they were quite happy straight away. I fed them the next day shrimp and they took to it quite readily phew (what a relief).
They are currently living with silver aro, jar and a bichir. Hope it all works out. One likes to swim around the tank above and below (it looks like he is flying lol). I hope jar does not take that as a move on its upper territory ^^ Both bonytongues were quite skittish on sanday and Monday after an ordeal of moving paimas out (will post about that later), so I hope that once they get over the shock they will not start killing my new puppies.<sigh> hope it works out.
What kind of motoro are these?? The shop said it was SP or XP or something. Anyway, I like the coloration. Will keep updates

- not for too long i hope. I find them to be quite personable already - definitely not skittish like aros (may be cos they are still small?)
