Nope leave them in for days not a problem.

yeah as pups having blackworms in there constantly isn't a bad idea. After they seem solid try other various foods. Mine is eating shrimp, pellets, tilapia pieces, worms, etc at just 5". Amazing animals these guys are! Congrats again
