Right now this is just a 29gal grow out tank. I plan on having a 125gal tank set up shortly. I have a Jack Dempsey, Tiger Oscar and a Albino Tiger Oscar. Any suggestions on what and how many other fish I can add once I get the 125 set up? We would like to add Red/Green Terror, an Ornate or Delhezi Bichir, a Green Texas Cichlid, and a group of Botia/Clown Loaches?

I would go with the Oscars, Jack Dempsey, Green Terror, 1 Birchir, 5-6 Clown Loaches. Im not sure on the Texas, but if you overfilter your tank, Im sure you may be able to add him in.

:iagree: def the green terror cause the red might be a little too aggresive for ya, plus the greens are prettier

i wouldn't say that gt's look better than red terrors, rt females are among the most beautiful american cichlids, i reckon you could get away adding a female to the tank and i would even have a go at adding the texas just depends on what its like when it gets bigger. if your looking to add everything on the list i would make sure you have really good filtation :)

I like the color of red terrors but i never owened one my self i would like to in the fut but i have two GT's and i just adore them.:headbang2

i was thinking about building her a wet/dry or just putting a fx5 on it.The issue with a wet/dry, is a good pump cost about 100bucks. plus materials to build the system. i can get a new fx5 off ebay for 300bucks. or i can slap all of my HOB filters on it and get a few jebo canisters

your JD is a male anyway, i have a jd,gt,con and a green texas and i had to remove the texas cause it got owned but the jd was bigger, the thing with texas's is they get alot more aggressive when they get older so iam proberly going to get rid of mine but its just a warning:)get a gt over a rt as they are a better aggression match for your fish listed. gl
